This is like asking what the difference is between a filing cabinet and acrylic paint.
can you imagine having to write pretty-and-functional CSS for databases? shudders
SQL injection? Scary. Can't be vulnerable to SQL injection if you just write css. Therefore css wins.
CSS injection would be wild.
