The steam page also reveals 40€/$ base price, up to 90 for golden pro max epic preorder edition.
More expensive editions give you cosmetics and 6 months/1 year of season pass, at a rate of 2 new heists available every 6 months. I'm not sure I like this but given the alternative is the current 150€ worth of DLC for pd2 maybe it's not that bad? Please?
It also lists "in-app purchases" on the sidebar which doesn't bode well, but I hope overkill learned from the initial skin releases and it'll all be just cosmetics (Which still fucking sucks but at least the playing field is level).
Heists/missions are only needed for the host if they follow previous games. I personally hate dlc weapon more because of powercreep and such
