Does Vicky think Russia is losing the war?
They certainly haven't won
It is kind of a weird take when Russia has captured quite a bit of land. Sure, it's costing them a lot (you might even say in inordinate sum), but characterizing them as losing is a hard sell.
They are losing right now...they can't actually replace the airplanes and other resources, due to their economy slowly crashing.
So that will be their undoing. Dad is going to get a reality check soon (=
