How much of that is hair and how much is makeup? I'm skeptical anyone can have such dense color with very short hair.
I would say fifty fifty, that's from an account that posts behind the scenes stuff from wrestling.
Liberal use of eyebrow pencil on everything BUT his eyebrows? Sounds about right.
It looks like spray paint!
Barely any real hair, a lot of makeup but mostly photo editing.
