A lady at the grocery store, unprompted, told me the poorly stacked water cases were DEI. Boomers have 0 idea what the acronym even means

DEI is a replacement word for the slurs they’re afraid to say out loud (for now).
They always find a way to pronounce "DEI" with a hard R.
DEI=ICE 👉👆💪🍌🫵
Of course, it's yet another word they use for things they hate, like communism.
