If it's one of the Bond films, that narrows it down to four:
Goldfinger (1964)
Diamonds Are Forever (1971)
Live and Let Die (1973)
The Man with the Golden Gun (1974)
Looking at the hat, hair and mustache I think we can eliminate Goldfinger. Definitely a 70s vibe.
That looks like a Arriflex 35 iic camera. According to shotonwhat.com, that would limit it to Live and Let Die or Man With the Golden Gun.
Makes sense, everything looks 70s.
That Dick Tracy hat doesn't
Those golf/bucket hats were HUGE in the 70s. Cool kids tipped up the brim in the back.
