I don't think so only because it was likely the CIA who got oswald to do it and then killed him to destroy evidence. The CIA would never kill a CEO unless that CEO threatened their operation which someone in healthcare definitely would not.
I don't think the CIA used Luigi or was involved in this murder. But Law enforcement has been parading Luigi around in open areas - possibly hoping someone would take care of Luigi for them.
There was a perp walk recently where LE was covered in bullet proof vests and helmets. Luigi was not. it was an open area.
When Oswald was killed, it allowed LE to shape the narrative with less pushback, and helped close the case faster than if he was alive.
Such a complicated take! Why not the simple one? Cops are big, dumb jocks and this perp walk gives them the chance to strut their fake tough guy stuff all over the media.
I see no difference between these clowns and the guys who bring ARs to rallies.
There's the tough guy cop thing. There's also simply the fact that cops are human, and some people are curious. You're a cop who normally does traffic stops or deals with crazies on the subway. A call goes out asking if anyone wants to join the perp walk. How many are going to say yes, just for the sake of being part of something that clearly is a historic event? Who wouldn't want to see the CEO killer with their own eyes? Or maybe, you go just to say you were there. There's always some number who just want to be able to say they had a part in history, however minor. I bet there were a bunch of sheriffs and other law enforcement who told the tale to their grandchildren of that time they met John Brown.
