Is that a fancy AK derivative?
Looks like a 74 with a bunch of plastic crap hanging off it.
Wooden handguard and gas chamber betray the AK-74 (not even 74M) with the utmost certainty. It was modded heavily though, the stock has been swapped, magazine is different, pretty much everything that can be relatively easily modded is.
Looks like all the metal parts were dipped to get the camo
