Why is it so easy to avoid nettles as an adult?
As a kid I would get stung by nettles all the time. Like, how stupid was I?

As a kid I would play in grass and end up stung. As an adult I do not enter tall grass and therefore can't be stung by the nettles hidden within.
You also can't encounter wild pokémon.
