Thought for a moment that this had to be 3090°C but that seemed to be just a little too high
I love my silicon at 3090ºC. You can sip it and enjoy it with some cheese on the side.

3090°F are roughly 1700°C or 1972K
Ist's still a bit high, glass melts around 1.6kC
