Joker blowing up the hospital in the nurse outfit is pretty iconic
It was ad-libbed, too, IIRC.
Just the part where the trigger didn't seem to work and he scared himself IIRC.
Naw, I heard the whole thing was improv. Nolan was pretty shocked when Heath blew up the hospital for reals. It was supposed to be CGI.
Fortunately the hospital was for orphans, so no family around to sue the production.
Stopping at the hand sanitizer station on the way out...
