Tonnes? Do they mean megagrams?
We think they’re referring to the british ‘Long ton’ which isn’t used much anymore
I think they mean a metric ton, as it’s painted in the same colors as the other metric units.
‘Tonne’ is red with the metric ones and ‘ton’ is blue with the imperial
