This was a meme from about 2 years ago, so I'm not certain it was AI generated back then, but I can't promise that.
Doubt the heads were, but the lettering on the clothes is textbook AI slop.
Besides, in that episode, McCoy had the mohawk.
None of that lettering looks AI generated. Which one are you talking about? I think it’s just a good photoshop. Look at Kirk’s shirt. It has really light lettering of “Slash” or maybe something else (hard to tell since his vest blocks the whole word) on a light background. I don’t think an AI could do that.
It's too old for good AI generation anyways. It's >2 years old.
