Gross. Tobasco? Get that shit out of here. Food looks good though.
Haitian hot sauce tends to be pretty fucking spicy. I suspect that's there for people who don't want that level of heat.
I'd take any hot sauce over tobasco.
Tabasco serves it's purpose. It has very little depth of flavor but there's a time and place for it. Like in this dish where you want some zing but don't want the hot sauce to overtake the flavor.
Yeah where is mamaw's home made ghost pepper sauce?
