Honestly if you can position your anus to be in the focus of a telescope that's kinda impressive.
I imagine it's just a hollow tube made to look like a telescope...
Being pedantic he's gotta at least have mirrors in there because of where the eyepiece is to the side. Additional pedantry is that the aperture and eyepiece being different sizes requires at least one focusing lens.
