Besides accuracy, this has been my problem with the concept of “AI replaces google search”. That’s basically saying AI summaries replace websites. Where does the AI model get its info from? Oh yeah, websites. Sounds like a super solid plan in the long run.
I know his supporters are incredibly stupid, but just his age alone makes this ridiculous. His brain is already senile cheese and he started out as a complete moron, so I doubt he’ll be thriving in 4 years. Other than that it’s blatantly illegal, of course.
Of course. New Reddit has been a ridiculous travesty since the start, even with continued development and refinement. There are so many stupid and annoying things about it. It also has a lot of performance problems compared to the old UIs - not just slowness, but issues like the video player crashing or just stopping, and it doesn't do that in old reddit. Also they try to restrict you and guide you to the app in ways that old reddit does not - saying a post is for mature audiences and you have to use the app, for instance. But then you can view it on old reddit with no problem.
Probably will be made up for by fewer US made autos selling everywhere else. Also, of course this is pretty dumb since US manufacturers make cars elsewhere and Japanese manufacturers make cars in the US. As usual, too, someone who wasn't a destructive imbecile would realize it takes years to build manufacturing facilities and ramp the tariffs up over time. Plus, the incentive isn't really there since who knows if they tariffs will even be there by the time they could build US facilities. And oh, yes, I'm sure Elron had nothing to do with this.
I am still on a few subs on reddit and in general there have been problems lately. I haven't looked at the status codes but on old reddit, I'll try to go to the next page or load a post and it's just blank. The subs are not political content.
If you try unsubbing and it doesn't work, then that fits. I just suspect a lot of people don't even try. I'm just tired of having things I signed up for ant want show up in spam.
Most recently I ordered some merch from Atari and all of their mails went to spam, including responses from customer service, which is annoying because I thought they just never wrote back.
Not lately. My gmails Spam sections mostly have legitimate marketing and news emails that idiots have apparently reported as spam instead of just unsubscribing from.
The first one sounds like Jamaican guy I know who lives in canada. Second, I don’t know. Third is just generic American accent, maybe Southwest or west coast.
It seemed pretty out of left field. Like, okay... I'm not clicking on any of that. No explanation of why someone would message me this and as I expected, it seems to have been some sort of widespread spam.
I enjoy pocket for the articles that come up on the new tab page. I’ve never once saved an article for later with it.
