Are you cancelling streaming services?
  • I cancelled all of my streaming subscriptions years ago to save money. I figured I'd subscribe again when there was anything I wanted to watch that I couldn't find and it turns out there wasn't really anything I wanted to watch.

  • It seems that foreign companies still have to comply if they are offering goods or services to or monitoring data of people in the EU. I'm not sure if this applies to Reddit in this case but it can be necessary for American companies to comply with the GDPR.

  • "Tipflation" may be causing tipping backlash as more digital prompts ask for tips
  • I ordered food from a place with zero human interaction. I ordered from a tablet and picked up my food from the counter after receiving a text. I was still asked to tip. At that point, I didn't even know what I was supposed to be tipping for.
