That wasn't an answer. That was a deflection. Why do you think infinity isn't a number? A lot of people are told this in middle school and high school mathematics, and it is true that infinity is not a real number, but this can lead to the misconception that infinity isn't a number.
But... Infinity has many practical applications, the least of which are limits, differentiation, and integrals in calculus, as well as its opposite infinitesimals. There are many scientific and engineering principles that rely on these mathematical functions. That's a silly thing to think :p
Why do you believe that? We can potentially fix that if you explain your reasoning, and I can point out the issue with it, since hyperreal numbers are not the only set of numbers that contain infinity, but was an easy example to show it.
Yes, but... Why aren't they implemented? You can argue that the Dems fight you, but you're wasting energy here fighting people that aren't Dems. You haven't given those solutions, you haven't pushed for changes on the solutions given here. What's the point?
You can make broad generalizations like that, and, generally, there is some truth to it. But that doesn't defend YOUR actions. YOU are doing nothing to fix this. That is the point.
I get that other people are also not doing enough, that's a legitimate criticism, but it is not a defense, and it is a deflection when people point out your actions and you point that out.
If you think no evil is better than less evil, I agree with that. But where is your no evil? You cannot make effective change by watching people die because your principles wouldn't let you choose anything other than no evil, because... That isn't a no evil choice?
I'm sorry you feel that way. You are still a sanctimonious bystander. You can pretend you did the right thing while you watch people die and feel superior about it. It is certainly a way to sleep at night.
A lesser evil can also lead to less evil incrementally as progress is made. What you're arguing for is to say that people should take a lesser evil and then take EVEN LESS evil than that. Your insistence on perfection will kill people.
I get that you want to be sanctimonious, but saving one person now is better than saving two people tomorrow, because it has the potential to also save two people tomorrow.
Watch as I use your same logic against you: Your no evil strategy resulted in Trump, and those Palestinians are grateful that you exterminated them faster. Nice going!
Damn, and then the "ackshually I didnt SAY I was american" bullshit. The oldies are still here, folks.
We can all read, why are you even pretending?
Hold on, I gotta set you up for the next one "classic intolerant left, being mean to someone who's just asking questions!". Uhh, how about, "you're such a pathetic little weasel." That work for you, or do I have to really dig into how much of an actual loser you are? I mean, I can, but it's so unnecessary because of how obvious it is that I'm not sure if I'm repeating myself.
Someone has to talk down to your level. I'm not the one going around acting like a fucking weirdo and telling people not to vote while pretending to be American and then jumping to Canadian when called out. That's such a pathetically loser and weird thing to do.
