Started this today! Kinda wondering, on a local VM, is it always necessary to reboot the Ubuntu server before ssh'ing in from my actual machine? Or did I miss something here? I've used ufw to open port 22 on both sides, so I'm kind of at a loss here lol

I think Lemmy itself killed the karma thing, they decided to stop "gamifying" the upvote/downvote system or something like that.

I tried this for DS9, found it was a lot easier to stream them online, that way you can extract the frames you need via the slider bar.

Honestly, I kinda agree with you on this. There have been many dnd games, none that I've played have included the bts stuff because it does sorta break the immersion in a video game. I do like having this as a mod though, because that makes it optional, and some people might like it!

Might try asking the several Linux communities, they might have some tips based on your specific setup, if you're cool sharing log dumps and config files.
