I mean, it got announced last year and has an impressive looking trailer, and a website with a pre-register thing, so it doesn't look like anyone's planning on pulling it. However, the developer's site does have eight job openings pretty overtly advertised on the front page, so we'll see lol

One of these I know is a sci-fi RPG called Exodus, it's got the director from KOTOR and a bunch of old BioWare devs, and apparently Matthew McConaughey is a voice actor. It's supposed to be like Mass Effect, but bigger, so I'm looking forward to it.

Sort of, Joker's backstory is kind of all over the place, half because different artists wanted to tell different stories, and half because Joker himself doesn't quite remember it clearly. The general gist is that he was a failed stand-up, and he wanted to rob some sort of factory where chemicals were used, so he became the Red Hood with a group of guys, ultimately Batman shows up and somewhere in the struggle/getaway, Joker is bathed in the chemicals, which bleaches his skin and gives him the green hair (and sometimes the red lips too). But like I said, it's very open, and Joker himself has said he likes his past to be "multiple choice" lol

Yeah, I can see your use case, I'm pretty familiar with with partitioning though, plus I'm not a big distro-hopper. I can always upgrade later!

Yeah, I planned on upgrading that later, I just don't have one at all right now. My current computer situation is a 2009 MacBook running Debian, with XFCE because any other DE would crash the poor thing, with it's whopping 4GBs of RAM.

Great advice on the mobo, I've got that and a WiFi card for less than the one I had previously! I don't feel like I know enough about the GPU market to buy used, but if the integrated one is good enough for gaming, then that would be huge. The big game I wanna play is BG3, do you think it would work for that purpose?
