Every Afghan who sheltered and supported Taliban or did not fight them on their way to Kabul. Including women. If not fighting (which they could) they could have at least motivate their men or sons...or given intel. They didn't. A small minority did -to be fair- but the majority didn't.

Rechne nochmal nach, besonders bei Inflation hast du mit Indexmiete verloren, die letzten Jahre also durchgehend. Deshalb raet ja auch jeder davon ab.

Verlangen die Vermieter Ausweis und Kontoauszuege, verlange ich selbiges. Macht die Suche etwas (sehr viel) schwerer, aber guter Lerneffekt fuer den ein oder anderen durchgepeitschten Rentner.
Vertraege mit Index- oder Staffelmiete solltest du generell ablehnen.
