Carrefour sticks price warnings on food to shame suppliers
  • Yeah...except the supermarkets are renowned for treating suppliers like shit. This is pure white washing. Source - my fiancé's dad used to be a manager of a large supermarket in France (but not Carrefour).

  • Long term OpenSuSE users, how has your experience been?
  • I've been using OpenSuSE for decades, both for personal and professional purposes.

I can't comment about usability because I've simply used it for so long I know all its quirks and so on. What I will say is the tumbleweed is very stable considering its a rolling release. Never the less, I'd recommend it to anyone who asks.

  • The F16 won't be able to give close air support, it's true - at least initially, but with the SSAM missiles just promised, they will start to take down Russian bombers and fighters - maybe even those troublesome alligators. Maybe not the game changer you were thinking of, but a critical move to protect vital infrastructure and start wearing down Russias air defences.

  • I'm wondering how long they can sustain those kinds of losses. The number of anti-aircraft systems destroyed is much less, but the impact will be relatively high. Are those numbers just launchers, or whole systems?
