I am quite confident that my YT account has already been "rolled out" because of the many ads in the last 5–7 days. Before, I had 1 or 2 before some videos; now there are also pop-ups. I have made some experiments with VPNs (Mullvad) and browsers in several fresh VMs. uBOL works differently than the standard uBO and, from what I've seen, it seems to work fine. I'll just stop repeating that.
New macOS Sonoma VM, brand new Firefox installation with just uBOL (not uBO). YouTube does not show any ads. ISP dns and no pi-hole or others.
uBlock Origin Lite works just fine.

Ti rispondo alla domanda numero 1: seleziona il titolo inglese e poi crea una nuova edizione del libro. Modifica i dettagli, inserisci ISBN corretto e lingua italiana. Se hai voglia, anche la copertina da Goodreads o da Google (tasto destro - copia link immagine, poi lo incolli su Lore).

Lo sto usando da un paio di giorni e mi ci trovo davvero bene. Ottima l'integrazione con Obsidian per prendere note al volo, un punto in più che non mi aspettavo. Interessante anche la possibilità di creare indirizzi email fittizi per le newsletter, proverò!

Ciao! Personalmente ho iniziato a lavorare nell'IT senza fare l'università, nel 2008. Qualche anno fa ho preso la Linux+ della CompTIA e, a parte avermi insegnato qualcosa che ancora non usavo (es. container), non ha aggiunto nulla a quello che avevo imparato sul campo. Devo dire che su LinkedIn fa un buon effetto, ogni tanto qualche richiesta di lavoro su Linux mi è arrivata. Tuttavia non credo che la rinnoverò alla scadenza… Troppo sbattimento.
Consiglierei di seguire dei corsi (o video) gratuiti per coprire i requisiti di una delle certificazioni più famose e poi fare l'esame "a tempo perso", mi spiego: non sarà quella certificazione che cambierà la vita (almeno nel mio caso). Tuttavia si impareranno un sacco di cose utili e, in caso di colloqui (che secondo me fanno ancora la differenza) si potrà rispondere con sincerità che si ha dimestichezza con l'argomento.
Ne ho scritto un articolo sul blog (link) proprio l'altro giorno, riguardo i password manager. In quel caso, io sono assolutamente per una soluzione locale perché si ha controllo sui propri dati sensibili.
Le uniche suite che hanno senso usate "online" sono quelle che permettono una collaborazione in tempo reale a un qualche file.
Ove possibile, sono per l'utilizzo in locale e poi una sincronizzazione in cloud al momento del salvataggio (Dropbox, OneDrive, ecc.), soprattutto per evitare sprechi computazionali non necessari in cloud.

From my experience, the only way to get rid of YT ads is Brave browser. Firefox with uBlock Origins is not enough, or maybe I just misconfigured it. I haven't tried Librewolf... but I think it'd be the same.
