I have a few favorites, but if I were stranded on a desert island, the one book I’d take with me would be Cage of Souls by Adrian Tchaikovsky. The book is so layered, and the world is so unusual. It’s one of the few books I kept trying to put off finishing because I didn’t want it to end.
Made with aforementioned peas, bell pepper, chicken, and cavatappi. Sauce is lemon and olive oil. I like to keep the Parmesan with a dry texture so I grated over the top instead of emulsifying in the sauce. There was going to be some summer squash, but they were not ready yet. :( The beauty of pasta primavera is that really any veggie goes.
I was just about to write this same thing… And that’s for people with high functioning ASD! I used to babysit a kid with ASD who was non-verbal with cognitive impairment. He will need care the rest of his life. To say there are no struggles with having ASD is just not true.
