I have a perfectly capable gaming PC but more often than not, I choose to play on the Steam Deck instead. I already sit at my desk for work most of the day, so it's nice having a dedicated gaming device that I can take with me and sit in the garden or on my sofa. And of course I can take it with me when travelling.

I mean that there were no longer scheduled train services to and from the station. Just the occassional promotional ones for the bazar.

So is Irish, but the point was that English is an official and widely spoken language in both countries.

Time to learn a new language, unless you're moving to Ireland or Malta I guess. Tons of people come to Germany and are shocked when not everyone speaks English.

Anyway, I think you'll get better answers if you specify a country. The EU is quite diverse, so I don't think there's a ton of advice that'll be true everywhere in the EU.

Germany was against the tariffs while France supported them, so it does make sense.

I was wondering that as well. I guess they had a head start into the market. But at this point I wouldn't even consider a Tesla TBH.

It's not shielded properly, so the surrounding electronics cause crackles, buzzing and similar noise. AFAIK this was the case for all OLED models on launch. Might be fixed for newer ones, I'm not sure. Apparently it can be fixed by opening the Deck and sticking on some eletric insulation tape.

I mostly use the built-in speakers. Sometimes my IEMs, using a USB-C dongle as my OLED's headphone jack is pretty noisy (I know it's easy to fix, but I haven't gotten around to it yet).

Schau dir andere, radikalere Post von ihm an (Beispiel) und du wirst sehen dass er auch ziemlich viel Gegenwind bekommt.

Naja, mit Sicherheit eine fragwürdige Quelle, die aber in dem Fall nur eine Aussage von Macron wiedergibt. Finde es jetzt nicht super radikal, dem Präsidenten Frankreichs zuzustimmen.

World News ist aber definitiv eine der schlimmsten Communities auf .ml und der User den du verlinkt hast ist auch einer von denen die meiner Meinung nach gebannt werden sollten. Gibt aber eben auch sehr viele Communities auf der Instanz die eigentlich in Ordnung sind.

Die meisten User sehen das aber nicht. Dafür hast du hier im Thread ja auch schon Beispiele. Wird eher so laufen, dass Leute auf join-lemmy.org sehen, dass .ml eine der größten Instanzen ist die zudem von den Lemmy-Entwicklern betrieben wird. Die melden sich dort dann an und abonnieren eben Technologie-, Linux- Meme-Communities usw, bei denen man von solchen Inhalten nichts ahnen könnte. Ins Modlog wird der durchschnittliche User auch nie schauen.

Lemmy.ml ist ein interessanter Fall, da 90% der User und Inhalte dort "normal" sind. Tankies sind in der Minderheit, aber werden leider von den Admins unterstützt weshalb eine sehr kleine Gruppe an Usern frei ihre Propaganda verteilen kann. Ich denke man würde viel verlieren, wenn man die Instanz komplett deföderiert. Vielleicht wäre es besser, erstmal einschlägige User auf feddit zu bannen (glaube dann werden deren Post auch nicht mehr föderiert?) und zu schauen ob man das Problem so in den Griff bekommt.
