AC Origins player here, made the switch to pirate version cause it's Denuvoless and works fully offline, without CPU spikes/frame drops. RAM usage also decreased a little.
Sooo... you are looking for an older version of the game that doesn't require steam installed? But what if the lastest version of that game could work offline too without Steam installed but bundled with a Steam Emulator? Or maybe you still want the online functionalities too but just without installing Steam at all? Cause I need to understand what your actual problem is before I can give you a solution.
Anyways here is what I would do:
- Download Steam to get the game files
- Uninstall Steam
- Setup Goldberg Steam Emulator using Goldberg GUI
- Play the game offline (Goldberg also supports LAN if you wanna play with friends)

But yeah for security I don't prefer Telegram or any Android app and I use Telegram the most on Android because I like the way it is. No Secret Chat really, are you sure about that lol
Telegram is still the best alternative despite whatever some russia-phobics in this comment section fantasize about. Anything only remotely russia related raises maximum skepticism and paranoia, like seriously wtf. Telegram is better than whatsapp in e.g.features, and more popular than element or signal so anyhow is the best all around messaging app at the moment.
