Looks great! I've got a very similar setup to you but I've been lagging on actually setting up my homepage dashboard. I've tinkered with it but haven't actually take the time to figure out all the stuff I want to display on it. I might just end up copying yours! 😁
I've found a few communities by searching for things directly and a few more by going to my All feed, but I'd like to discover more so I have more things to browse and more interesting places to have discussions. Curious how most folks are discovering new stuff? For all its flaws, helping me discover new stuff was something reddit was quite good at. Some sort of suggested communities based on my existing communities would be really neat.
Last year I made the switch from the KA2 to a custom built keyboard (Scylla kit from BastardKB) and I have been really happy with it. Keeps the curve of the hand, has better thumb clusters (IMO), is split, and has full customization through QMK. Plus it was fun to try building my own!
So far this sort of discoverability of communities has been hard for me too ( as someone who has been using Lemmy for <1 day). I wish there was somewhere I could go to at least get some recommendations of places to join that are semi popular and might fit my interests rather than having to go deliberately seek a specific thing out myself. It's also why I never got into Mastodon much. Wonder if such a thing exists.
