  • Ingredients:

White onion (about 1/2 an onion per 16 burgers)

Hawaiian rolls (a 16 pack will use about 2 lbs of beef)

Beef - your choice of mix. I've been using higher mix of protein to fat lately.

    Cheese

Horseradish sauce or whatever you're into

    .....

I use a cast iron skillet for the burgers and a big flat top griddle to toast the buns.

Pack some patties with the seasoning of your choice. I used Gibson seasoning. I pack them to about the size of my palm. They'll shrink a bit while cooking.

Mince some white onion. Saute them with some butter if you want.

Toast your buns if you want.

To cook the patties, I throw down a bit of butter and throw the patties in. Once the sides start to brown, I'll flip and throw my toppings on - onions and then cheese to keep everything in place. Sometimes I'll put bacon on if I have some.

Once the bottom of the patty is browned, I put it on the bun cheese-side down to prevent sogginess.

  • It can happen rarely in cases of some crazy workouts

    If anyone's curious about why:

Muscles break down during workouts. They release myoglobin, which is a large protein. The kidneys can usually filter it in small quantities.

If you go too hard and give yourself rhabdomyolysis, your body releases a large quantity of myoglobin and it overloads the kidneys. Large proteins begin passing through the nephrons en masse and damaging them because they're too big.

Now your kidneys are unable to filter properly because the nephrons cannot contract to prevent excess fluids or particles from going into your urine.

  • the democrats handed Trump an absolute win on this for no good reason.

Voting on something that Trump supports isn't always a bad thing. This kind of thought is going to hurt everyone more than it'll help.

Banning TikTok isn't fighting China, it's becoming China. It's using the same "foreign interference" and "protect the children" line used by despots globally from Xi to Putin as they ban newspapers, websites, and anybody critical of their regime. "But China does it" isn't the great defense people seem to think it is, we don't want to do the same things China does.

China owns TikTok. They can sway Americans any way they want by promoting videos made to influence people. Imagine if China took over our entire entertainment and tailored it to exactly what they wanted us to see. What effect that would have in 5 years? 10 years?

  • Testosterone is also prescribed for actual medical conditions - such as someone losing a testicle from cancer and thus requiring a testosterone boost to maintain regular hormone levels.

Edit: leaving the original text but clarifying: I should have used the words physiological conditions instead of medical conditions. There are physiological reasons why someone would need testosterone, as I mentioned in a reply: testicular cancer resulting in the loss of a testicle, hormonal imbalances resulting in reduced production in testosterone, and more.
