  • It's important that Dave's suggestion is implemented and he's requested like-minded mods. This topic is a day old and probably 80% of the posts have the word Nazi in them for no reason. Differing opinions are good even if extreme. The comments here just describe reddit.

  • The fact you're asking not just for user bans by moderators but also the community can ban moderators will lead to the situation where people are afraid to even moderate. Dave has the right idea here. You don't ban people for opinions even if you don't agree.
