  • My only issue with this is that it is specifically directed at jewish people. This is common practice in america regardless of whether you're jewish or not. For example I'm circumcised and my parents have never been jewish. Otherwise yes, stop circumcising your kids.

  • yeah after doing more research it seems 99% isopropyl is better for what I want to use it for anyway, and that's what I ordered. So not really looking for this anymore, and yeah someone else pointed out what you did and I admit it was a bad assumption that it was 100% alcohol.

  • I think the point that it's not 100% is fair. It's just hardware store denatured alcohol and I assumed it was 100% since every other alcohol bottle either says proof or %, which was a mistake on my part regardless of whether it is actually 100% or not. It has always worked better for me than 91% isopropyl though and was the only other thing available.

  • that's fair enough. It's my bad for assuming it was 100%, I just assumed that if it wasn't 100% it would have said so on the bottle. it's just denatured alcohol as you would have(in the past) bought from the hardware store.

  • We don't really have electronics stores here anymore. The highest I've seen locally is 91%, and while it does kind of clean it off, denatured alcohol has always worked a lot better for me so it's disappointing to see that it's gone. I'll probably just order some online. But still, I'd be interested in knowing why.

  • Personally my favorite is the gaviscon chew tablets. But don't buy the name brand, the walmart brand is just a bit over 3 dollars and the name brand is a ridiculous 8+ dollars. They are not exactly the same but the gaviscon brand ones really aren't worth the extra money imo. 😭 omg actually the name brand is almost 10 dollars now... ya gotta be kidding me.

  • Oh yeah there are definitely a lot of things to like about aldi. But I'd still really like to have a TJ... probably more than an aldi. Especially since the discount at aldi doesn't seem to be that much over walmart. Part of that is b/c I have food allergies that cut out a lot of stuff, and TJ has some good deals on such specialty foods.

  • It is. A magazine is essentially a subreddit. I too found kbin a bit confusing at first but it's not so bad once you get used to it. One thing I really don't like about kbin is all of your up/downvotes, boosts, magazines you're subscribed to, etc. are exposed for everyone to see.
