It's pretty obvious you've never tried our service and are just downvoting everything other than the service you use. You've clearly never been a customer with us, as you're flat our lying about our details. We don't use torrents as our source, and we DO allow transcoding (except for 4K, as it is hardware intensive). Please leave us alone and stop downvoting our service.

This happens in Chrome and other browsers when direct playing remuxes. Are you by chance using a web browser? If so, switch to an installed Plex app.
