the day my egg cracked, i remembered a convo with a friend of mine who is a cis lesbian - she had told me that Mother Mother's "Arms Tonite" was about lesbians, and my response being "okay, and? that's cool af" :)
The signs, y'all :D
so when do us network engineers start seeing Tbps-class DDoS attacks from every single DoD /8 IP block because Big Balls™ is using it as a DDoS-as-a-service botnet? :D
same, i've been very happy with Caddy, even with lots of subdomains and weird configs it's been rock solid.
i always found this to be upsetting as an IT tech at a former company - when a network or server had an issue and i was sent to resolve it, it was a "just reboot it" fix, which never kept the problem from recurring and bringing the server down at 07:00 the next Monday.
the limitations on the questions i could ask hurt that SLA more than any network switch's memory leak ever did, and i felt as if my expertise meant nothing as a result.
so when does a judge charge this guy with negligent homicide, the enforcement arm ignore it, and someone impersonate our favorite green Nintendo plumber?
they're always so fucking chill and unbothered when the world is burning, smug af
my righteous Mormon childhood was so holy that I speak in tongues and writhe upon the ground, possessed by the Spirit (I have PTSD and panic attacks) :D
i am in cybersecurity and IT. i saw a huge cyber attack on Bluetooth-enabled devices at an event a while back, and it put several people with Bluetooth-enabled insulin pumps in the hospital.
i recently discovered that a good friend of mine has an insulin pump. i am legitimately worried about her safety as a result, and even more so after seeing this.
i also do not like this :D
there is most certainly a point where you must start fighting dirty, and i think it's time for us Americans to seriously start considering our use of that whole 2nd Amendment thing - murder is bad, obviously, but we are one of the most heavily armed populations in the world, and that means a lot.
i feel this, i totally forget to update my libraries haha
+1 for this: I have very personal experience with an E.Coli outbreak in a small town in southern Utah in 2017. Although the infections did not come from raw milk directly, the infections were traced to the area where the milk was packaged - and albeit anecdotally, there were several related deaths over the years that I was aware of, that were never reported due to the...uh...unique religious background of the place.
so yeah, I mean...don't let your children play in manure but also...don't drink milk that you sanitize less than you sanitize your hands.
would be a shame if EMS were slow to respond to an emergent need for medical care for one Utah governor. why did they think this was a good idea??
also, a good music player is nice! not having the hassle of using a phone while driving or doing literally anything else is nice for listening to music and the like.
i usually suck at homework but i think i might understand this assignment :3
i absolutely despise the Reddit app even on my cutting edge Android hardware. it sucks, it's laggy and poorly designed - I can't imagine the experience on a mid or lower-end phone
same! just hopped on today, for both that reason and because friends are here now as well :)
