that's because as a non-english native, it's WAY easier to have the whole computer in english. obscuring options and error messages (by translating them) makes it much harder to fix problems.
i dont understand why people dislike that movie so much. from what i vaguely remember, it was stupid, but not bad. it wasnt the prestige or that other one, the one with the dreams and the BWAAAAAAAAAM.
kids crying/screaming on public transport/etc rarely bothers me. impatient parents hissing at them to shut up and sit down does, however... i get it, they're tired, being a parent is hard, but still.

no they arent lol, you try parking one of those american cars in this city...
you can get away with owning one in the suburbs, but just parking on the side of the street like most people do? forgetaboutit
i do agree with the wider point though. get rid of all of them, nobody needs private cars. in fact, life on earth desperately needs us to ban private cars.
a lot of them are volcanic so you can keep building higher up the hillside as the water rises. the sea's not gonna rise 50m, and you can easily get that much height on the volcanic ones.
