Use a rubber bulb on the end of the pipette. That way your cartel members lab techs are safe.

They are using their mouths to suck liquids into pipettes. It was an old and dangerous lab technique.

Dragonflies are pretty neat!

They are incredibly specialized to hunting midair and each of their wings are independantly controlled, unlike most other flying insects.

My second favorite would have to be lightning bugs. They are just really pretty.
