Sorry, but I feel like you didn't even read through my post. I said that while lemmy.ml users seem to mostly be good people, I do have reasons to believe that Lemmy's devs, who also happen to be admins of lemmy.ml, are up to no good...

Hmm, not sure if our instance is the best option either, if the admins consider closing the registrations at some point. Maybe it would be better to wait a bit and make another one on kbin.blahaj.zone once it comes out?

I think the 196 at lemmy.ml isn't even moderated, or at least not by the original r/196 moderators, so I think making a 196 community elsewhere would be a good idea either way
