I'm really enjoying Liftoff, it seems the most complete to me. I like jeroba but the laggy/choppy scrolling drives me crazy.

You could say that Lemmy is a confusing name becausse it's the name of a very famous singer.

Pretty much the same thing for me. I'm finding it very annoying to be taken to the instance, there must be an easier way.

Take it as slowly as you need, there's a lot to learn and it can either be daunting or easy to rush ahead without fully understanding.

Practice as much as you can. Videos and tutorials are good for gaining an understanding but nothing beats solving actual problems and writing code. Try to do a little everyday and more when you can.
