Okay so I just wanted an example but also some context here... My mom has been working at her job as a cashier since she was 18 years old. She makes $25/hour plus tips while paying rent ($400 per month). This pays for everything including food, utilities, car insurance, etc. We live 3 hours away by bus because our landlord doesn't have time to move us out during business days when we can afford transportation costs like gas, tolls....she does all those extra expenses herself which drives down my paycheck even further each year until eventually i am barely making ends meet without any help whatsoever
