This is literally the plot of Psycho Pass. Highly recommend btw
Yes but in a different way... More about limiting the activity than the time doing the activity.
Basically I find things WAY more fun if I limit the amount of features in the fun thing. For example, if my favorite drink/food store has 10 options instead of 100, then I make a decision easier and enjoy it more since I don't dwell on it. Or when Minecraft introduced infinite world generation, it became harder to play longer because the possibilities were too overwhelming. Or if someone says "let's hang out, where do you wanna go" then it is more stressful and more pressure than "let's hang out, choose between these 3 places".
In these examples it's all because of the overwhelming choices being reduced into processable pieces, which means I can stay enjoying the dopamine from doing the activity way faster.

Yup, I have this same experience with my personal account vs. the business one I use at work. The business one has a higher price a lot of the time.
I'm pretty sure I've already encountered lots of these....
Sometimes they're a normal video or sometimes they are shorts. Their titles are often a weird or incorrect description of the video. The video is either a loop of an AI voice reading out loud Reddit q&a posts or a compilation of shorter funny/shocking/etc videos. It kinda feels like the type of videos bot farms would watch just to give/get clicks.
How do I go to google.com?
I just pass the time by. Sometimes working, sometimes internet.
I strongly believe that different games are like different subjects in school: it does not depend on gender, but rather how that person thinks and what types of tasks they enjoy.
That being said, I would highly recommend Stardew Valley. (Minecraft and Terraria are pretty great too, although, I don't know if I'd consider them 'cute').
I think I tried one of these once. It truly does taste like both apple and grape at the same time. It would be a great product for parties for sure.
If you are chronically online, please try to stop. I find that being online and/or in your head all the time makes my anxiety go insane. Try practising two things which will make you stop being so much "in your head": (1) try feeling sensations on your body such as touch, movement, posture, etc so that your focus is more on physical feeling than mental turmoil, and (2) whenever you get very 'in your head's again, do some action instead of rumination. Any action,,, taking a walk, doing grocery shopping, making tea, etc. literally anything except constant thinking.
I use it to become the remote tech support person whenever my dad has trouble using his phone lol
