Noooo! I can't relax during rain because I have a dang drain at the bottom of the (exterior) basement stairs that always clogs up with leaves and related detritus. I've been out there at midnight standing in ankle-deep water scooping leaves out with my bare hands too many times.
Seems much more likely to me that it's expensive because it's a grift. The funds raised have no relation to the cost of the work, and represent lobbying efforts by a wide range of big business interests. Plus Trump probably thinks that being expensive makes it better.
If you're new to City Pop, there's a great podcast called Primer that did a short series walking through the genre and the artists. Apparently they tended to be jazz musicians making more commercial music.
Our driver was named Oliver, and we had a great time chanting his name and acting mad Max against the other dune buggies shaking our fists and jeering. He had a huge smile all day, I doubt they usually get much attention but we were pumping him up the whole time.
I think it rings several sighted people simultaneously to speed up the connection. Twice it's rung but I was not able to pick up, once I was too slow and the other I just wasn't available. Super frustrating because I was really looking forward to it.
Hopefully now that I've answered a call I get prioritized somehow.
Any tips? I'm not sure if mine is set up badly or if I'm just bad at using it. Probably both. It either glides without cutting or it bites hard and gets stuck or takes out a stupid chunk.
It's the only catacomb I've visited, so YMMV, but I enjoyed it.
