Today’s #weightlossjourney metrics, I’m officially now at the lowest point I’ve been in waist size and weight. 5 inches lost in 26 days on the waist. I think the changes to making quick meals being just going to Whole Foods and grabbing pre marinated chicken and air frying it with a bag of rice as a “lazy meal” instead of ordering is helping the bank and the gut. I figured out how to track my peak flow for my asthma with a smart spirometer. I’m just trying to plot as much health related data to try and get back in shape and track everything. Also have a blood pressure cuff to start tracking that too. #fitness #exercise #weightloss #weightlossjourney #health

Anyone else side eyeing the SJW warriors that have gone absolutely silent on SJW issues other than Israel? Most of these people are the same ones who at most have a surface level knowledge of the conflict and seem to be doing it more to pat themselves on the back than learning about the conflict and seeing how they can help.

Some of us, myself included, have relatives in Gaza and Israel and I barely speak about the conflict as much as these keyboard warriors. Feels more like it’s for yourself

Made some small tweaks to my new #opensource project. This will help anyone find typo squat domains and create an excel spreadsheet with results or even automate the process into an AWS lambda that is terraformed. I plan to have an enhancement to optionally pipe the domains discovered to crowdstrike IoC, but for now this will create Jira tickets for the lambda version. Started watching Naruto Shippuden as I haven’t seen it all the way through so starting at episode 1. This will take a minute as I’m only on episode 5. I know I’m rewatching a lot but it’s been a few years

I’ve been playing with the Apple Health app and ecosystem and I am really inpressed. I have it tracking almost all heath metrics not just from the Apple Watch. I have a separate blood oxygen sensor, tape measure, thermometer, and scale that work with Apple health and have a blood pressure cuff and spirometer as well. It’s easy to track, log, and get reminders for all my medicine as well as track my fitness and health stats. I’ll cover this all in upcoming content as well for TikTok and YouTube

Instead of eating out when I’m lazy I’m going to start getting pre marinated chicken breasts from Whole Foods and stash those for quick meals to air fry. Then add some quinoa and rice and within 20 minutes full dinner for $10 which is much healthier too. #fitness #exercise #weightloss
