For some time now, when my kid asks me “are you going to work today?”, I answer “I’m going to the office. Work, I do from Monday to Friday.”
Pipes are installed before the mortar (I think that’s the name), sometimes carving bricks. Wires pass inside flexible tubes (literally translated to conductors). This has the advantage that, if the tube is wide enough, we can pass more wires.
When I was a kid I was really confused by Jerry. How could he make a home inside a wall like that? The walls are completely solid, with bricks and mortar. I had to move to Canada to understand that the walls are hollow and the house is made from wood, plaster, plastic and styrofoam.
Politics aside, I imagine hiring a fat gamer or a wheel chair bound person to pilot drones is an interesting idea. War is becoming more mind than body.
I just hope they didn’t used their best jokes on this trailer.
My 10 year old daughter gave me a keychain she made herself and a rendition of Star Wars main theme she learned with her cello teacher. Best…gift….ever!

Without checking thoroughly, I think I lived near this street. It was really nice to walk there in the summer. Greater Montreal has several streets that close for cars in the summer. In French it’s called “piétonnisation”. But even here, there is resistance from stores. This year the City tried to make the Ste Catherine st. a big walkable street. It’s already like this in the gay village. They wanted to do also in downtown near Eaton Center where some streets already close for big events, like the F1. It didn’t work out. In the south shore, the St Charles st is also closed for cars.
I was a child, so Sharp Hotbit (Zilog Z80 processor) and a PC-XT, both basically for games. PC-AT 386 when I started college.

My daughter was talking with a friend over iMessage. They were like playing a game where they search all emojis with a certain color. When she tried to send the message in this picture, the iPhone rejected, with the alert saying she was sending a nude. There’s nothing there, only emojis. What could’ve triggered the warning?

It started after the last update on Xbox series X. Sometimes the loading screen freezes and I need to force quit the game. When I come back and try the Continue button, it breaks. I need to load an old save to actually load the game.

I'm not talking about the temples, but the traits that appear on a planet that might have a temple. They're just broken structures that we can scan and a source of caelumite. But, lore-wise, what are they? And why are they all destroyed?
Until now, my favorite is Shieldbreaker. I like that there are no stairs, the first gun is way too advanced and the big cargo hold. Now I have a modified version of a Crimson Fleet ship (don't remember the name). It's a class C with huge cargo space. I put some science and workshop bays, but the stairs started to pop up. The interface is terrible at this point. What the modules show outside doesn't represent the inside.

I just heard "Doc" Manning saying "please state the nature of your medical emergency", which is a phrase used by the holodoc in Star Trek Voyager (and others).
I also found a "earbug" in Pilgrim's Rest, which in my mind, is a reference to Star Trek 2.
