Can you explain what you mean by offline-first?

Like if it's internet stuff that still works when offline, most e-mail clients would count. I use KMail but they're all pretty similar.

Can it paint biomes and let world generation fill those in?

I do like the idea, a 'kei car' type of category. with a maximum weight and size, but a little bigger, faster and safer than a L7e quadricycle.

I'm vegetarian too, that happens basically everywhere (at least France, Belgium, Denmark, Poland). Some places they confuse it with veganism, but that's obviously less of an issue.
