This is one of those cases where you can't use logic to talk someone out of a position they didn't use logic to get into, it's probably going to take an emotional appeal. Also try not to be confrontational, attacking their beliefs might just cause them to get defensive and shut down processing what you say.
Most ISPs don't do that, content owners do then send complaints to the ISP who forwards them to the user. ISPs aren't going to spend money on losing a customer.
DragonRider's pronouns are "Drag" not "they", just because someone is a dick doesn't mean you don't respect pronouns. Gender isn't a reward for good behavior.
If a Black man dies, he is more likely to have been shot by a cop compared to a white man, if a white guy has an interaction with a cop he is ≈30% more likely to be shot, the real white privilege is going years without interacting with a cop.
