The Libby app connects with a lot of libraries. There are a few others that are library specific such as cloudreaders, hoopla, and kanopy. If you have a library card, try checking your library's website for a digital collection or elibrary. Depending on where you live you may have access to more library cards as well. I have one for the county library that uses Libby and one for the public library that uses cloudreaders.

From what I understand, the main reasoning was that if you want to disagree with someone you have to put some thought and effort into it such as a comment which could be a jumping off point to a discussion.

If you decide to look at Python, I really enjoyed going through the "Automate the Boring Stuff with Python" lessons/book. It breaks it down really well in non technical terms and I thought the work was pretty fun. It may be a good way to get a feel for it. I think once you learn one language it's a bit easier to pick up your next one (at least that how it went for me).

I've heard the sentiment a lot that often brioche looks like it's wrong but works itself out and you have to keep going so I'm both intimated and excited for my crafting perfectionism to either be a huge roadblock to learning or to give me freedom to mess up and not feel bad about it.

Thank you! I am bookmarking this immediately! I'm going to start with a a practice square from a scarf pattern I found first I think since the tree shape in rispen is intimidating before I even know straight brioche stitches.

I have to finish my Free Spirit Hat first though which made me learn Latvian braids.

As someone who has been considering trying to learn brioche for my next knitting project this will probably also be me in a few weeks. I have the rispen hat and cowl pattern that I bought years ago and have been too intimidated to start it. Please share if you find any methods or resources that work for you!

Something like Tinkering or Skillshare for hobbies that have a pretty large degree of trial and error where asking questions for help with them may be useful such as 3D Printing, raspberry pi, Arduino, etc.

I'd love one for Crafting, but understand if you feel this is too under "creative" to qualify.

I feel like the creative umbrella covers so much that isn't necessarily what people are making and I'd love to see everyone's personal crafts: knitting, crochet, embroidery, cross stitch, 3D origami, sewing projects in one place.
