You can back-up purchased games in any storage device for yourself offline, so you don't need to download it again after purchasing it, you fully own it.
GOG exists you know, they let you have a local copy with no DRM.

They planned to release in September but it got delayed because of Starfield. They're still releasing this year though.

PC definitely, console modding will never be as good because PC gets script extenders, which is what the truely impressive technical mods use.
Which apps? In many of them I didn't even see a way to register.
When you press the image it collapses the comment, I would like that it would open the image and allow zoom in instead.
I don't know how this works but I think I read somewhere that this version fixes the new post spam on browser, I checked and it's still the same, when will that be fixed? Is it an instance thing?
