Why is one of the take-one slips only a country & area code? Is citizenship only available if you take one of the ones with a full number?

They don’t actually accept payment.

It does a decent job of being just realistically evil enough if you skim too quickly - there will definitely be people genuinely offering services like this in the not to distant future if real ones aren’t already out there.

It’ll be a maintenance and security nightmare for anyone who genuinely relies on it, though.
