Help wanted: copy a video from the EU to a publicly accessible peertube instance

The EU released a video here:

Despite being #creativeCommons licensed and outside of Google’s Youtube jail, the EU still manages to use a protectionist jail of sorts. If someone could copy the low res english version to peertube so more people can reach it, I would appreciate it.

Someone kindly posted it to limewire, but limewire also blocks me.
