It would make the Biden administration look good
I had it pop up while I was in the middle of a raid boss in WoW, lol
Tbf I'm fairly sure this is an old post, could've been from years ago
Well, they might imagine one specific crucifixion
I find it interesting how the Mongolian empire has kind of taken a 180 in its historical image. Not long ago they were viewed as just cartoon villains that destroyed everything. But now you see so many people talking about some of the "good" aspects that it almost makes them seem strangely benevolent.
The reality of course was that they were an empire, and like all empires they steamrolled and destroyed anything that stood in their way while taking advantage of anything that furthered their goals. They probably killed far more people than they helped if you asked anyone living through the time.
Dan Carlin's podcast, Hardcore History, has a series called Wrath of the Khans where he talks about this in length and it's very interesting to think about.
Actually according to the supreme court they have no duty to protect anyone at all
What he did was play on linux. You can have kernel level support for anti cheat on Linux so they look at that and see it as "suspicious" then ban.
It's just because the other guy is fishing for some kind of "gotcha" comment tbh
It is, but in this case by all accounts Alexander essentially just looked like this
Which is why I'm saying it isn't malicious on their part. Calling it malicious implies that they are ignorant out of spite. There are people like that, and many people who are malicious in taking advantage of them, but my 70 year old coworker who just doesn't understand LGBT people and hasn't talked to enough black people in their life isn't malicious, just purely ignorant and scared of change.
They aren't choosing to be stupid as part of some evil plot, they're just ignorant and don't want to change because they don't think they should have to.
The problem is, a lot of the people who support these people are just... Stupid
I have known many a coworker who talked about voting for trump and every time I engage them in conversation about it I realize all their genuine beliefs are against the GOPs policies entirely. They just are scared of things they don't understand and like them talking about how scary minorities are.
Yeah but people always bring up the talking point "but over in Europe only the criminals have guns now! How can they defend themselves?"
However I really have to wonder... Where do criminals get those guns? đ¤
Yo, that's exactly what my house key looks like
Who says I'm voting for subsidies?
So you're going to just get all the info you need from name calling instead of actual facts? Because Democrats are far from being communists but a lot of Republicans sure are turning into fascists
Also don't forget the developers for Fallout 76 are completely seperate from the devs for mainline elder scrolls and fallout and the only prior experience they had as a studio was making the multiplayer for doom 2016
Yeah, why is it "just chance"? I don't understand the idea that animals have no emotions, it's weird.
Gnosticism, to me, honestly feels like the true story of Christianity. Like, in the gospel of Mary I believe it's basically stated that Mary was the favorite apostle of Jesus and that Peter was jealous. So while all the other apostles seem to have encountered Jesus after his death in a more spiritual fashion rather than a literal resurrection, Peter was the only one to have explicitly met Jesus and seen him physically resurrect after his death. Convenient that Jesus would also tell him, and only him, that he would carry on as the head of the faith.
I just love how much the whole thing feels like the church covering up what really happened, even if it's basically impossible to know for sure.
