Ehhhhhh....you'd be surprised. Was involved in the CJ field for a decade. Fire, EMS, and dispatching are very right leaning professions and politics absolutely do cloud these peoples judgement. It's pretty fucked.

Sacrificing the "freedom" (as some like to call it, I say selfishness) to not get a little boo boo from a needle and having the sniffles for 6 hours keeps everyone in society safe from horrible fucked up diseases, including those who legit can't get vaccines because of weakened or deficient immune systems.

The reason many of these diseases seem like a myth or "just the flu bro" to antivax morons is because of herd immunity and society spending decades eradicating these diseases so no one has to experience them.

The vaccines are not going to harm the vast majority of people, and will instead help millions have increased quality of life. There is no reason for them to not be mandatory.

Leftist here who voted a totally dem ballot. No clue what any of steins policies are, never voted third party. Doesn't mean I support neolib dems, it's just the fascist lite option US peasants are given and might slightly delay further fascism as long as the right oligarchs pay the libs to do so.

I'm a leftist because instead of burying my head in the sand like neolib dems, I look at functional countries who aren't afraid of limiting capitalism and leaning into socialism (inb4 hurrhurr China Russia, fuck all authoritarian regimes) and I see that they fucking work and that those people aren't struggling daily in a dystopian hellhole.

Not correct. NG has levels of escalation they use that determines what kind of equipment they carry. This can vary from not being armed, to carrying rifles with no magazines, empty magazines, loaded magazines with no rounds chambered, up to full combat readiness. I've had conversations with NG and former active duty combat guys I work with specifically about this, some of them with a lot of experience and rank.

Not to support their deployment in our cities or use as a weapon against our people for exercising their rights, just correcting misinformation. Of the ones I still interact with and trust, they don't support this shit either.

Does anyone else wonder how people like this survive in the real world? Like, they tilt themselves into a stroke over a reference to a song about asses in a cartoon when they could've just typed it into a search bar and giggled for 10 seconds like everyone else.
