  • Just didn't want folks to think I drew it :p I tried to find the original artist but also didn't want to try very hard

  • Is this the same goat who caused a stir a few months ago because they wouldn't shut up about "reverse racism"?

Edit: I couldn't find the reverse racism stuff, but I put together everything I did find https://lemmy.dbzer0.com/post/52444570

  • I can tell you're coming from a good place with this and wanted to be supportive of me! It's very kind, but unfortunately I think it's misplaced.

My brother almost certainly won't change- pretty sure he voted for trump twice, and he's been climbing the ranks over the past decade. I genuinely don't have any moral/ethical justification for keeping him in my life 😬

  • Love it! What do the ice cubes mean though?

People look at me like I've got two heads when I suggest not paying taxes if you don't want to financially support fascism

  • I just think it's funny, and I can't be serious in anything that I do, but I'm open to replacing that bit with a more relevant line if anyone's got any good ideas

Edit: it's not just random though btw- it's a provocative and absurdist tag line relevant to themes of personal insurrection

  • Why are you like this?

There's a "tip/trick" post (in meme format, yes), there's a theory post, there's a "share your graffiti" post...

I'm focusing on establishing/growing the community right now. It's been up for only 25 hours.

Perhaps you could post something more along the lines of what you'd like to see

  • I do kind of, but like, backwards lol.

E.g., I don't even believe any actions are inherently "wrong" or "immoral", but I only discuss this conceptually, and never in the context of things like genocide.

My brother and I have a mutual understanding that if shit really goes sideways and it comes down to it (civil war, etc), we'll be on the receiving end of one another's lethal violence. I think that our ultimate willingness to do that is what allows us to be close until that breaking point

  • This just feels like semantics, and it comes across as cop apologia.

"There's no such thing as a bad person, only people who do bad things" is a valid belief, but I don't think this is an appropriate context for that.

  • Idk I feel like that doesn't apply to all occupations. A Nazi, e.g., is a Nazi

  • I can see how it might sound silly if you don't know what anarchism actually is but, again, it's pretty standard stuff

  • It's an instance thing. I can see how it sounds funny to folks who don't know what anarchism is, but it's pretty standard

  • This is a place for exchanging tricks & experiences, discussing trends & events, sharing shitposts, and connecting criminality to theory & praxis.

The community isn't even 24hrs old yet
